Medicaid Home Care – Family Can Get Paid to Help You Do you have Medicaid and want a trusted family member or friend to provide your care instead of a stranger? Blossom Care, a Michigan-based health services company, helps Medicaid recipients qualify for in-home and daily living support from loved ones. We understand how important it is to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for by someone you trust. Our program allows Medicaid clients to choose a family member or friend as their caregiver. Caregivers are paid at least $17 per hour while providing support such as: Personal care (bathing, dressing, meal prep) Household help (laundry, cleaning, cooking) Shopping and running errands Transportation to appointments or stores Light yard work and other daily needs Blossom Care makes the process simple and handles the paperwork for you.
